Noob Saibot in MK3? (Not ltimate or Trilogy)

In Wikepedia it says they used a darkened model of Kano to be noob Saibot in MK3 because thre wern't any ninjas in that game....

Anyway... WHERE IS NOOB IN MK3? Ids wekepedia just plain wrong???

You could only fight against him with one of the VS screen kodes. And Wikipedia is correct, he was just a black Kano.

or a shortcut is up+3, up+4, up+1, 3,4,2
