plausible last secret could be the training/konquest arenas

I think with all the talk of the last secret, one possibility would be something that is somewhat under our noses. I know some people out there have hacked the game etc looking for new and different file names etc, but i think that something that may be very possible and easily overlooked is a secret whereby players may unlock the training arenas from the konquest mode. I can only remember 2 of them off the top of my head. The cave one, and the dojo one. I think that if a player somehow completes the konquest a certain way, maybe doing each tast perfectly the first time, or doing all the konquests in order of characters etc, this may make the training arenas available from the arenas bar on the VS screen. I don't think that this would require many noticable new files and would not be easily discovered by the hex hackers so far. I also think it just seems cool enough, and easy enough to just happen. What do you all think?

Also, has anyone out there beaten konquest mode for any character without failing any tests at all? And/or is it possible to travel through konquest mode with blaze or mokap?

whoa. This is probably the best final secret idea I've ever heard- quite possible, aswell.
Well, I cant really help on this, because I really suck at konquest.
But I do support this idea, and I think it's very possible.

I still need to complete Konquest mode with Raiden, Li Mei, Sub Zero, Sonya, and another 2 characters. I also don't have Blaze or Mokap either lol.

I've only had the game a week and a half but I play the game on hard mode so the opponents are challenging. BUT, the more Characters I complete Konquest mode with the harder it seems to get with the next character.

For example, after finally beating all 10 missions with Cyrax, I played Sonya yesterday. I couldn't beat the mirror on mission 10. Its probably because I'm complete shit with Sonya but usually mission 10 is easy.

Seeing as I haven't had MK: DA long, I don't know much about this apparent last secret. After reading everyones attempts of finding it though I believe it would be something simple or...it just dosen't exist.

You cannot use Blaze nor Mokap in konquest mode.

I remember someone mentioning a few months back, and it certainly could be a possibility. I don't believe the final secret will be anything huge, or jaw dropping.. and unlocking the training areans could very well be the final unlockable.

Food for thought anyway.

i dont think there is a final secret. i think that refers to something in mk6. prob something they will reveal in the story line. if there was a secret it would have been leaked or discovered by now.

Try turning down the difficulty. My brother was trying to beat Konquest with Frost and he couldn't beat Mission 10 either and had me do it for him. He had the difficulty on Max because I was playing it before him.

This has been my belief all along; that konquest was the key. The one thing in perticular that has always drawn my attention was Drahmin's 9th(?) mission where you have to break the crystal... has anyone been able to do this? Maybe you ahve to do it then do a button combo, or like the original poster suggested, don't fail a mission? I just think that the whole breaking the crystal mission seems odd...

I think that the last secret will come out in due time. Why always make accusations of what you think it might be. Why waste life wondering something if in due time it will come out? Ever since Ed Boon said there was one last secret that no one knew everyone went into a frenzy to see who could find it first. I have heard stories that are completly ironic that they made up for everyone else to think they were cool. What if the secret we have all found and it is so minute that we havn't even noticed it. Or maybe we were told that so we would keep playing searching and longing for something new until the next MK comes out and we will forget all about ED Boon's secret. People take a chill pill and just enjoy the game !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If the two posts before this one are directed at me, they shouldn't be. I was being sarcastic towards that post who said we shouldn't all waste our time thinking up the last secret, cause came up with his own ides in the very same post.

back on topic, i'm willing to bet that the konquest arenas are unlockable, it's just too possible and too likely not to be the last secret. Name ONE possibility that is more likely, or easier to do, and would be as rewarding as the big bad "LAST SECRET".
