From CheatCC.com:

Play as Goro
Successfully complete the game. When "The End" message appears, quickly hold Up/Left + Back + A until the title screen appears. Press Start to start a new game as Goro

Play as Reptile
Select any character, and defeat Shang Tsung. When he releases all the fighters' souls, hold LB + RB when Sub-Zero appears. Keep holding the buttons until the title screen appears. Start a new game. At the fighter selection screen, Reptile's face will be at the top middle of the fighter selection screen.

Anyone care to try this?

CheatCC's not the most reliable source for MK codes; I remember them posting a Rain code back when Deadly Alliance was still new that stayed on the site for a while.
The Goro code is the one for the Game Boy version. The Reptile code's most likely fake, since there was never a way to play as Reptile in the original games, nor in the latest releases of it, so odds are slim that he's playable this time around. I'll leave this thread open long enough to make sure someone's at least tried it first, but like I said, it's most likely bullshit.

Playable hidden characters weren't officially introduced until MK3. You're probably referring to arcade hacks.
