During my Childhood, I always hated the way Baraka and Mileena looks. When I saw Mileena unmasked for the first time, I was tramatized for two day off of her ugliness. What happen to her? Isn't she Kitana's Twin Sister? Where'd she get the shark-teeth from?

Mileena isn't exactly Kitana's twin sister, she's a clone of her created by Shang Tsung. The teeth are more or less a mutation.
