Here's a video of UMK3 for XBLA. There was also a video show during a presentation about XBLA that was mislabeled Ultra Mortal Kombat 3, and the video showed an unfinished game. Not sure if it was really the XB360 version or if they just showed footage from when they were developing UMK3 arcade.

I haven't seen anything about UMK3 for PS2 yet. Hopefully both versions will be good. I can't tell from the video above if UMK3 on XB360 was playing correct or not, the person playing didn't really try it out.
