My config:

Button 1 = Num 7 = HP
Button 2 = Num 5 = Block
Button 3 = Num 9 = HK
Button 4 = Num 1 = LP
Button 5 = Num 3 = LK
Button 6 = Num 0 = Block 2 (actually useless)

W = Up
S = Down
A = Left
D = Right

Keep in mind you can modify the default keys, the MAME help files will guide you thru the process.
