This game might already exist but there's no point in reviving it. You all know the drill rate the character. (character and the game) You can rate it anyway you want, as long as it makes sense.

How is that an example? You don't rate him.

Anyway, Kabal in MK3/UMK3 is absolutely powerful.

All the ninjas in MK2 are Not.

Scorpion in UMK3 is pointless (thanks to the superiority of Human Smoke).
