There is a little hill that is sinking up and down on that arena? why? is it a bug? gamecubeonly extras? or it supposed to be a magic bulb going up and down?

No, I think it is just the way it was ment to be. I haven't seen the PS2 or Xbox versions of MK: DA in action , I am very sure that the same hill going up and down is in there. In the end it is just for show.

It's a sand hill. The sand blows onto it, then it blows off of it. It's a desert. Yeah.
