How the hell do you play on the Skull level in MK4?

I believe that the Skull level was removed on the final version, however, if you have a gameshark, I know there are codes to enable this arena. Unfortuneatel, I do not know them.

I know KillerMiller's video of Fatality Madness has the skull level. He's playing in that when he performs Quan Chi's Leg Beat Fatality.
So I think it was only removed from the console versions. I'm not sure though so don't quote me on this.

for the pc version, you just need a patch for it and you can play in that level. Nothing amazing though, and from memory there are no ground textures!!
