hmm, I think Shang Tsung would win because Quan Chi is a lamer and his fatality sucks

hehe the fatality has nothing to do, so i'd say quan chi ^_^;;

I'd have to say Quan Chi; while Shang Tsung was Shao Kahn's bitch until MKDA, Quan has always been more of an independant contractor, offering help to anyone who could help him out, just to end up pwning the sucka at the end of the day. Also I've always gotten the impression that, while he appeared later, Quan has been around longer and is more powerful.

Quan Chi. He is far more experienced in the art of sorcery. Shang maybe a better marial artist. But my vote goes to Quan Chi.

I would think that Shang Tsung can beat Quan Chi anytime. Shang Tsung has been more experince in battles.

Tsung no contest. For one he does have a beard, plus Shang has mad back ups in moloch and drahmin. Tsung would just jump Quan chi. Tsung dosent belive in fair fights.
