Shortened time to perform fatalities

Is it just me or does the new Arcade Collection not give much time to enter fatality inputs? It's especially a problem for me with UMK3 because they're more complicated. If you don't get it right the first try there isn't enough time to try a second. Maybe my memory is failing me and it's always been this way, but it really seems like it's been shortened. What do you guys think?

I kind of agree. I can never get the fatality to work on the left side of the screen and only on the right. I dunno.

Maybe it just feels really short as the length in MK9 is overly long.

From what i recall you had enough time to try and enter the command twice, quickly.

I like it better this way, it makes it more of an accomplishment when you do it. In MK9 they're pushing you to do it too much.

My guess is, you grew up playing the SNES or Genesis version of the game. In this case, those systems actually had extended the time for inputting Fatalities. Going from that to playing the arcade version is kind of a shock, because you have to do it much faster.

The actual arcade games and the Arcade Kollection for the PS3/Xbox 360 systems actually have the same amount of time.
