Anyway, to keep on topic, I thought it was gutsy of them to not put him in MK3, but you have to keep in mind that UMK3 was made to basically make the MK3 they originally wanted to do (they wanted to include Scorpion, Reptile, Kitana, Mileena, and Jade in the game, but couldn't because there was pressure put on the team to release the game at the same time as the first movie).
I was able to survive just fine without him.

I agree entirely with Jerrod. Scorpion was never my favourite character, and it was a pretty gutsy move. As was the cutting of Raiden, I guess. And impressive newcomers like Kitana, Mileena and even Baraka (even if some of them were meant to be included, but they just didn't get time).

There was actually quite a bit that was gutsy about MK3.

it was a really gutsy move for them not to include Scorpion in MK3. And even Raiden... But with the new fighters as well as Sub-Zero in the mix i was okay with the decision, but was glad that they released UMK3 to feature the rest of the ninjas of MK.

You brought back up this thread just to tell this guy, who left MKO, that we're all assholes? Good job.
