Where did the origin of Smoke stealing in MK3/UMK3 come from??

He's talking about those MK flash animations on newgrounds.com. In those, Smoke has a habit of running into the middle of a fight and stealing anything that is laying around (i.e. a boombox one of the characters was listening to in the clip). To answer the question, I think it was just the animator's idea to have Smoke stealing stuff, and it caught on with other animators.

lol Sorry I made it sound so confusing, I just thought it was something that everyone knew about. But yes, if you watch flash animations on newgrounds with Smoke in them, you'll see what I mean.

That explanation says it all. It's the equivalent to ]{0MBAT havng Reptile say puns in all of the comics he is featured in; just an idea from a fan.
