Long time i havent played MK1,but i remember a couple of tricks from the arcade glorious days,if you're player 2,there's a trick that jumping into the enemy at certain distance will cause the enemy freezing one second and then tossing a projectile,while all these shit is happening you will be behind your enemy facing his back so you can land a good uppercut ,repeat until he's fucking dead,i remember getting many perfects with this cheap trick,one thing,it only works when you reach the fourth fight and up until Shang Tsung.

Sonya is god tier in MK,she has no matchups,she dominates and rapes everyone in that game with her infinite leg-grab.

Its just like when after Sub-Zero throws you(you still just hold down+block)he can freeze you while your blocking.For some reason though,if Sonya leg rapes you,she can walk over to you when you still haven't even gotten of the ground and leg rape you again and again until she blows a flaming ball of 4th degree burns to your scrotum.

this sonya infinite works in all revisions jtaylo, plus pc, gens, cd and recent releases like mat, mkak and etc.

the trick is that leg grab should interrupt an opponent's special/basic move, just a regular leg grab, leg grab is blockable. it also works only in vs mode.

sub-zero has similar freeze, throw, freeze infinite but it could be easily escaped.

raiden has torpedo, torpedo inf but its also escapable using duck cancel. only liu kang has difficulties to escape it.

there are such frames in mk2, umk3 and mk4 as well and even mk9 but its way more complicated there.

bottom line is that you can try to escape sonya's inf in mk1 using crouch kick or uppercut as a counter but she is banned in tournies anyway.

I finally entered the portal to UltimateMK.com and read the whole list of character guides.It would of been even more awesome if Matt did a character guide for MK2 but it takes a master and time to write all of that knowledge.

This reminds me of 2 other bugs I haven't seen videos of yet. Maybe they are just too boring. I've seen the MK1 T-Unit 5.0 crash with repeated subzero versus sub zero double ice backfires. Also the game crashed when Shang Tsung ran out of time with a losing life bar. Nothing exciting though, just lose your money.
