Sorely disappointed with PS3 players on Mortal Kombat II... please read.

I'm very disappointed with what I encountered last night on the PS3 version of Mortal Kombat 2. I played someone who is very well known in the community, you may know him as DreemerNJ.

He runs UltimateMK.com I believe. I played him and he pulled, then sent me some nasty messages. I'm quite astonished and this really bugs me. You all know me as the guy who's the most laid back here, the most calm and that I usually don't let things like this bug me too much. But this DreemerNJ guy is a bigger part of our community. After checking out his website and reading his flames on GameFAQs towards some other troller there, I went to his website and saw that he has an entire "Loser List" on his page.. kind of immature, don't you think?

I hate to come back with such negativity, I love Mortal Kombat and the games, but seeing someone act this immature is just saddening and upsetting, especially if they are a part of our community.

I've been around here since this place was MK NIGHTMARES, I've hung out with most of you old timers and I respect all of you and your opinions.
I guess I just think that someone who runs such a website that's affiliated to MK5.org should act a little more mature over a video game and not so childish... it really does make our community look bad to the new comers.

Thanks for your patience and your time, I'll see you all when I get more time... lately with all the gigs things have been a little crazy lately.

mknightmares lol omg i forgot about that name.You know I really liked it when it was called that and i totally enjoyed their theme back in the day.

I am just surprised he would act like that but maybe he was in a bad mood or something,who knows?

Eh, the point is don't focus on one player who is bad tempered. Keep playing those players thatt are worthy of competition.

You did not play DreemerNJ, I am telling you that because
1)He hates MK2 compared to Ultimatemk
2)It is unknown that he has a PS3 or not
3)People make up tags all the time
4)DreemerNJ ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT do that, otherwise he would show it
And if you would see what tthose guys on the loser list did, you would understand,

Mikebossy for instances he:
1) Stole a combo video they all worked on and replaced the credits with his name and made crappy music
2)One of their friends that died "The Prophet", he created a video of him with a word bubble of him saying "LOL I am dead", as if his death was a joke.
3)Is obsessed with Shock and constantly makes Youtube accounts with stolen videos and he is jealous enough to say in his videos "EWAShock is a loser" because he can beat him at a game...



This is all just one big misunderstanding thats all, it alright man wink

I do believe it was him. I checked on the GameFAQs.com Mortal Kombat II forum, and seen him posting as "DreemerNJ" with his website in his signature. He also acts very childish there. He's flaming a troller, yes, but still, that's not the mature way to act especially if you are an affiliate of this site... and considering this isn't one of the things happening here in our core community but out in GameFAQs, a place where most new comers will more than likely start out, it just makes us all look worse.
He also wrote a post on GameFAQs talking negatively about someone (pretty sure it was me, even though I never gave him any fuel to the fire) saying that I am a 'lagger'. :S
I'm 99% positive this is him.
I'm not here to flame the man, but I'm here to point out to our community:
Is this someone that we want to be affiliated with?

I can understand his anger about the 'losers' on his list, but by doing that and adding that section to his page isn't he just sinking to their level? People that act that way just want to get a reaction. That page is one hell of a reaction.
Just some food for thought. Take care fellas...

Just an FYI for everybody, I've never actually played a game on PS3. Well, I played motorstorm at gamestop a couple times, but that's the extent of it. It's probably just a poser.

I did make fun of someone on gamefaqs who was making fake videos of beating people in MK2 for PS3. I asked him to make a vid of him beating me cause I thought that would be funny since I've never played it. Maybe he took it a step farther and just made an account with my name wink

And if someone is complaining about laggers in MK2 on gamefaqs, it isn't me since, again, I've never played anyone in MK2 on gamefaqs. I also don't actually have the name "dreemernj" on gamefaqs since it was taken. I have the name "dreeemernj" (extra e). Although I've never seen anyone else with that name post on gamefaqs, so I think most likely you are just thinking of someone else entirely. And GameFAQs is basically a cheap and simple MMO game. Nothing that's said there really matters, lol.

Still, the point that you have been feeding the troll on the PS3 GameFAQs forums just makes you look as bad as him. Some of your comments also seem to keep giving him more fuel to come back with.
I played against that vVv morphaze person, by the way, and though he isn't as great as he says he is, he definately is a great player and the best Johnny Cage I have seen. Of course, don't tell him that, it'd suck to give him an ego bigger than he obviously has.
But Dreemer, I would simply stop talking over there, those guys don't come off as the type someone of your level should be hanging out with or fighting their fights for. Your in a much higher standard than most because you run a great site and are affiliated with us.
I could be wrong about the PS3 person being you, but I highly doubt this person was the vvv person. Morphaze was actually a cool guy once you got to know him. He just despises people on GameFAQs because like I said: Most of those kids aren't quality people (which is why I'll never post there and fall into the little MMO trap lol).
So my apologies to you dreemerNJ for getting you confused, but I don't think you should fight those kids' fight for them.
And I think you should at least try to get to know your enemy (morphaze) before you make assessments on what others have said.
Let me please be clear here:
I'm not taking sides.
I am just being rational and fair to all sides.

I just thought his fake vid was hilarious. I woudlnt even call him an enemy. Him or anyone else on there. Its all in good fun.
