They're storyline in mk 4 makes no sense? Can someone explain?

In Mk2 Scorpian was hunting Zero but found out it was not the original but his brother. He swore and oath to protect him.
This oath made him betray Shao Kahn in Mk3. So therefore it should be the same in Mk4

Yet Scorp goes back to trying to kill Zero? Anyone know why?

MKDA retconned Scorpion's MK2 and MK3 storylines. Basically with this new story, Scorpion thinks the Sub-Zero he's been hunting from MK2-MK4 is the same Sub-Zero he killed in MK1.

Scorpion is a spectre and can't really maintain a true alliance for very long. It all started In MKII and then his vow started to fade away threw the story. But they don't really hate each other. They still work together. I don't know what you are talking about.

Spoilers: (Highlight to reveal)
In Scoprion's ending in MK4 he spared sub-zero and went for revenge on Quan Chi. (becuase it was quan chi all along who was responsible for the death or scoprion's clan, not the lin kuei)
Then in sub-zero's ending, they join forces to kill quan chi
to see these go to mkwarehouse.

As far as I know, Scorpion is not allied with the younger Sub Zero (The one in Mk Da etc) But he does still respect him. Howver he still hates the Older Sub Zero (Original).

Yeah, that's true. Scorpion still hates and had killed the older Subzero in MK1 . Soon, Scorpion swore to protect his younger brother as seen in MK2-MK4. Since MKDA-MKD they are no longer allies but continue to respect each other. Scorpion begins hunting Quan Chi, who was the one who slaughtered his family and clan.

*sighs* I already explained things. Scorpion did NOT make the vow to protect the younger Sub-Zero. MKDA retconned what happened in Scorpion's MK2 and MK3's storylines to something very very shitty...namely that Scorpion kept hunting Sub-Zero and that he never found out that the Sub-Zero he's been hunting ever since MK2 isn't the same man.

That is until he found out Quan Chi is the one he should be after in MK4??

Oh and yes, does he still think the younger subzero is the MK1 subzero?? Does he have a clue, LOL...
