Win you beat the game it says that he removes his mask and was discovered as someone who vanished from the first turnement.

So who was the warrior.

No one. They never revealed who the "classic" Sub-Zero from UMK3 & Trilogy was and they've since dropped that storyline.

It's not worth thinking too much about.

They should reveal who Smoke, Noob Saibot , and Sub Zero really/still are in their bios/new game

As much as it would be neat for Midway to think of names for them, it wouldn't really add to the storyline very much. Plus, I have a strong feeling that when the original Sub-Zero became Noob Saibot, he literally threw his old name behind and stuck with that one instead.
Anyway, XD's right; Classic Sub-Zero from the MK3 saga has probably been retconned out of existence, so there's no really point in discussing it.
