I'm not sure about organs flying out, but I did notice when you do his fatality from the right, the skeleton's arms are up in the air.

i can back him up on seeing at least 2 organs falling to the floor (they look to be kidneys)

Really. I'm gonna have to check that out. I've never noticed that before.

yea theres like 4 that com out i saw it this afternoon theres like 2 brownish 1's and a red and some kinda greenish 1 but i also notised that when they dont come out he does it with his right hand and when they do come out he does it with his left hand and when that happens the skelitons arms up sticking right up

I tried it last night, and organs come out whether you do it from the left or right. However, when doing it from the right, it did seem that there were more organs and they were more visible on the ground.

also what id like to know is: when cage does his fatality the victim always seems to be at the wrong distance and as a result his fatality looks kinda wierd why?
and does anything else like the above (sub zeros skeliton with arms in the air or cages messed up punch) happen in any other fatality sequences?

I've never seen Cage's fatality messed up like that, but what really annoys me is how, when the loser is dead on the ground, their clothes keep moving. Shang Tsung especially.
