Either the Pit 3 for MK3 arcade because I like grindy or the Pit 2 for SNES with that cool mode 7 ground approaching.

The Prison Stage in MK4. I loved the way the decaptitated head hits the camera after the toss into the prison's fan.
(Also liked the Subway, Kombat tomb, Pit 2, Belltower and the Deadpool - and I always wanted a stage fatality where you could uppercut your defeated opponent into the portal on the Portal stages
