Either the Pit 3 for MK3 arcade because I like grindy or the Pit 2 for SNES with that cool mode 7 ground approaching.

The Prison Stage in MK4. I loved the way the decaptitated head hits the camera after the toss into the prison's fan.

(Also liked the Subway, Kombat tomb, Pit 2, Belltower and the Deadpool - and I always wanted a stage fatality where you could uppercut your defeated opponent into the portal on the Portal stagesgrin)

Pit from MK1, the room with the spiked ceiling in MK2 (I especially liked how you could make the character slide off the spikes in the Genesis version, the pit with the spinning spikes, the bell tower, and subway from MK3
