This is a update of the post in the MK:Deception Discussion Forum that I put almost 3 months ago. I have added the photos for greater compression.

I have been based generally on endings, evidently all are not fulfilled, and are things that I have deduced from my opinions so that everything had sense... this incomplete one, because it is impossible to complete it until it leaves the MK6 and one knows that it happened with all the characters... but I do not believe that the thing happens very different from which I am going to put here :
Quan Chi goes away towards his fortress (not very far from the Shang Tsung's palace), because there it has been with Mavado if it accomplish a mission to eliminate Kenshi. It accompanies Kano, because Mavado had requested to be able to fight against him in exchange for eliminating Kenshi.
The Deadly Alliance had not put any impediment, because they knew that Kano could betray to them... and in addition, after ordering the mission, almost was defeated by a slave... Mavado deserved the opportunity well to demonstrate that it was more effective than Kano. Shang Tsung did not matter it to have left only in its palace, because in the subterranean it had to Moloch and Drahmin in case Quan Chi thought to betray it.
While it passed all that, not very far from there, Mavado faced the blind skilled swordsman Kenshi. Mavado managed to defeat it and to hurt it of death... but did not end its life, thinking that with those wounds not sobreviria, or because no longer could wait for more... had to face Kano and to eliminate the Black Dragoon once and for all.
The Earth Soldiers already had been united with the forces of Kitana, and eliminated the opposition in direction where the souls of the dead soldiers went... because they knew perfectly who were absorbing the souls. Scorpion had returned of the Netherealm by a vestibule that only he knew... although without knowing it, also was it Sareena, that managed to escape of the Netherealm and to recover its human form.
Scorpion did not notice of that, because she escaped when Scorpion already had gone away to the same place where it had been defeated by Quan Chi by surprise, when sending it to corrosive acid. Scorpion found the palace of Shang Tsung, but it did not accede by him by where it had faced Quan Chi for the last time, he managed to find a secret passage and it used it to be able to enter and thus to be able to attack by surprise his enemy.
Kano secretly had been instructed by Shang Tsung to steal the amulet to Quan Chi, but Shang Tsung had said to him before it went with Quan Chi that first hoped to see as they were his intentions...

Kano did not take much in discovering it, because Quan Chi presented to him one of the people who less would hope themselves to find... a member del Red Dragon. Quan Chi said that both had demonstrated his was worth for the Deadly Alliance, but that knew that they were incompatible... so they had to fight until death to demonstrate who was the best one.
While they fought, Scorpion arrived in the inferior floors of the palace of Shang Tsung, and it was with 2 enemies with whom it fought in the Netherealm... Drahmin and Moloch. A bloody fight between both began... and this time nobody would flee from the rival.

Scorpion defended everything what could, but its power no longer was same that in the Netherealm, and the 2 Oni demons managed to win to him... but like it was a specter of the Netherealm, it could not kill like a human anyone... so Drahmin had a great idea. Moloch put to Scorpion in its back, and raised first stage, where Shang Tsung was transferring souls to the soldiers of the army of Dragon King. Shang Tsung was surprised when seeing them, but it was surprised more when Drahmin said to him to Moloch that sent to Scorpion to the soulnado to destroy the specter.

Shang Tsung was pleased by the intelligence demonstrated by the Oni, and fearing that Kano could be eliminated by Mavado, and this it would be possible to be allied with Quan Chi to destroy to him when already completely the army was revived, said where they could find them to Quan Chi to complete its revenge, but had to return with the amulet that it had... Drahmin knew as it was the amulet that talked about, because Quan Chi had been it in the Netherealm and went thanks to the Oni that Quan Chi ended up discovering the tomb of the Dragon King.
In the fortress of Quan Chi, Mavado ended Kano, the last member known the Black Dragon. Quan Chi saw in its eyes the loyalty and the potential of the members of the Red Dragon, so it forged an own alliance with Mavado.

Quan Chi needed to eliminate Shang Tsung, but still it had another enemy to whom to destroy... Sub-Zero. The clan Lin Kuei had been a ruthless clan like the Red Dragon, but with the new leadership of Sub-Zero, they had become a clan that looked for the peace, and were a threat for the Red Dragon.

Quan Chi had suspicions that Drahmin and Moloch had managed to escape of the Netherealm like he and Scorpion did, and that Shang Tsung had been allied with them, so Mavado said to Quan Chi that would take care of that problem.
The Earth Soldiers, already were defeating the last enemies and were near of Shang Tsung's palace. While Sub-Zero and Frost by a zone, and Bo' Rai Cho, Raiden, Kitana and Johnny Cage by another one eliminated the last opposition, Kung Lao went to the palace of Shang Tsung, and Jax and Sonya went away to look for Kenshi and Cyrax... although Jax had another objective in mind, and followed the same way that Kung Lao
Mavado arrived at the point of contact, where it was with Hsu Hao, that it reported to him of thesuccesfully of his Earth mission.

Mavado explained to him that now only they had an alliance with Quan Chi, and that had to eliminate Shang Tsung, while it returned to the strength of Quan Chi, because it seemed that the suspicions of the alliance between Shang Tsung and the Onis were certain, and Shang Tsung had sent them to end Quan Chi.

Mavado went away, and Hsu Hao ran towards the main entrance of the palace... but 2 people had gone ahead to him
Kung Lao arrived at the palace and it was to Shang Tsung... this was surprised when seeing the companion of Liu Kang and descendant of the Kung Lao that defeated it already ago more than 500 years. Shang Tsung already had defeated previously to this Kung Lao, and with the soulnado, it believed to be inmortal and invincible, so it was not scared to face Kung Lao.
The other that also had arrived at the palace was Jax, because it thought that the Red Dragoon had allied itself with the Deadly Alliance, and that in the palace surely would find to Hsu Hao... and their suspicions did not take anything in confirming itself, because Hsu Hao came running made the palace.

Jax surprised it and both battled, but the fight was short, because the attack surprise of Jax and the revenge thirst did not give options him to Hsu Hao, and Jax killed it of the most painful form, since it had promised.

While Jax fulfilled its revenge, Sonya managed to find to Kenshi, was alive but he was seriously wounded, so without losing nor a second took it to the point of contact of the Earth soldiers.

In the Palace of Shang Tsung, this one was overflowed by the recent techniques of fight that had learned Kung Lao. Shang Tsung requested mercy... but Kung Lao didn't grant it, since Shang Tsung didn't grant it to Liu Kang. Kung Lao ended the miserable life of Shang Tsung, giving rest to all the souls that had consumed.

In another place separated from the battlefield, Cyrax and Nitara arrived at the cave where was the orb that as much wished Nitara. These saw an enormous egg, and Blaze that guarded it... Nitara said to him to the guard who did not worry, that we did not come by the egg, that had another objective. Nitara indicated to Cyrax the exact site, and this it submerged in lava.

This it did not take in leaving lava with the orb, because it could not support to long time that infernal temperature.

Nitara ordered to him that it outside gave to the orb... and although a manipulator vampire, had word, and opened a portal so that Cyrax returned to the Earth.

After Cyrax had disappeared by the portal, Nitara destroyed the orb created by Shao Kahn who had the condemned to those of his race, and she also was teletransported.

Raiden communicated with the other Earth soldiers to say to them that Kung Lao had ended Shang Tsung, and the Deadly Alliance had been defeated. Raiden had noticed that had opened a portal in a distant place made the Earth, so it communicated with Fujin, and this it said to him that Cyrax coming from the Outworld had arrived. Raiden communicated its companions, and all returned the portal ago to return to the Earth, excepting Kitana that returned to Edenia to bury Goro.

Sub-Zero and Frost returned with a dragonfly towards the point of contact, because they were had separated of the rest of Soldiers of the Earth during the battle. Sub-Zero was congratulating to Frost by its aid in combat, when this congealed to him and it took the dragon amulet, because its intention had been always to be she it grandmaster of the Clan Lin Kuei...

but it was not prepared the power of the amulet, and was consumed with her own one to be able of freezing.

Sub-Zero released of the ice seconds later, cleared the amulet to her, and it used his powers to avoid that it passed away... although had betrayed to him, Sub-Zero had good heart, and wanted to save it, because it hoped that thus Frost respected to him and it became good.

While, in the cave where it was the egg of the last great dragon, Reptile arrived persecuting at Cyrax and Nitara. These had gone away already of there...

but it could not follow with the persecution, because the egg began to break itself, and one of energy beams hit to him and its body began to change... while the prophecy was born the last great dragon would be fulfilled, and would return the Dragon King.

In the end all to the portal returned by which they arrived at the Outworld, together with wounded Kenshi and Li Mei, one of the slaves who were left to the defeated the Deadly Alliance being free, that recognized Bo' Rai Cho and it requested to him thathe trained Li Meito be able to be stronger and to protect his town...

and Raiden opened it and returned to the Earth, while this it remained thinking about the future dangers that could threaten the Earthrealm.

Now I will explain some details to finish clarifying history.
Li Mei: According to his ending, its soul served to revive the last soldier of the army of the Dragon King, and therefore if ending had happened his, the spell to control the army with the amulet of Quan Chi would have finalized, and had happened ending of Shang Tsung, Kano or Quan Chi, and no of the 3 happened.
Quan Chi: His ending does not happen by the simple fact that Kano kills Shang Tsung, and soon Quan Chi kills Kano... and all that happens in Lost Tomb, where it would have to happen in the Shang Tsung's Palace. I do not have either since it happens with him, because if that I think that the 2 Oni go to by Quan Chi, but this it manages to avoid them and to survive.

Drahmin: By just like Quan Chi, I do not have since it happens more with Drahmin than they go to by Quan Chi, because I believe that this it manages to escape of them.
Scorpion: According to the Konquest of Quan Chi, the battle in acid bath between him and Scorpion happened, and this it sent to Scorpion to acid (just as it sees in videoclip of Adema), and is people who think that Scorpion died and returned to the Netherealm, but he returned to escape (I suppose that by the same place by where he escaped in MK1 and MK2) and returned to the palace of Shang Tsung. His ending could be that it dies and it goes to 5o Plane of the Netherealm (like when Sarenna died) or that it dies once and for all. (Of course, ending also could not happen of that form or that not even will face the Oni)
Mavado: Not it knows that it happens or that makes Mavado after giving the instructions them to Hsu Hao, I have since returns where this Quan Chi, so that he is perhaps he that saves Quan Chi of the 2 Oni, is a possibility to consider.
Kung Lao: Before its battle against Shang Tsung, I have since Shang Tsung had defeated to Kung Lao previously. This I have put it so that it had read that during the tournament of the MK2, Shang Tsung managed to defeat to Kung Lao, but that did not kill it then, so that it wants that Kung Lao was present at as it killed Liu Kang (thing that could not in the MK2) By that reason I have put it, but if it happened or no, it does not have much importance, single would change the fact that would face for the first time.
Cyrax: Cyrax returns to the Earth through portal that Nitara opens to him... but of some form it must warn his companions of the Special Forces that has returned to the Earth. The possibility that I have put has been a connection between the Gods, were other possibilities, but I have chosen this so that Fujin appeared.
Sareena: Although I have put initially that escaped of the Netherealm (perhaps it escaped when they made Quan Chi and the others), soon no longer appears more. The reason is that with ending it is not possible to me to confirm if the rest of the Earth soldiers arrives along with at the Earth, or arrives at another moment (previous or later).
I want to also clarify another thing, the battles between the Earth soldiers and the army of the Deadly Alliance. The MK1 and the MK2 were matches, but from the MK3 they were battles between the good and evil. There were fighters who faced to each other, but the others assume that they faced the forces of the Deadly Alliance.
If there is some doubt or it asks, I will respond enchanted (I don't dominate it the English still perfectly and I help myself with a translator, reason why it is possible that there is some orthographic error. I request excuses).
