In MK2 Kitana fought and killed Mileena. Scorpion & Sub-Zero might have had a confrontation.
During MK3, Sonya defeated Kano, tossing him from a building. Jade & Kitana fought and defeated Reptile. Kitana and Sindel had a confrontation, probably a fight, where Kitana helped Sindel regain her memories. Kung Lao fought Shao Kahn, but lost and was almost killed. And Liu Kang beat Shao Kahn.
During MK4, Scorpion defeated Sub-Zero. Kitana and Mileena had another confrontatin that ended with Mileena ending up in prison. Liu Kang (possibly with Raiden's help) fought and defeated Shinnok.
Before and during MK:DA, Sub-Zero fought and defeated Sektor. Mavado beat Kabal, then later Sonya, Jax, and Kenshi. Quan Chi beat Scorpion outside Shang Tsung's home. Quan Chi & Shang Tsung killed Liu Kang and a clone of Shao Kahn. Scorpion was jumped by Drahmin & Moloch and tossed into the Soulnado. Quan Chi supposedly killed Kitana and Shang Tsung supposedly killed Kung Lao. Sonya, Jax, & Johnny Cage were killed, but they didn't say how. Quan Chi & Shang Tsung then beat Raiden and then Quan Chi beat Shang Tsung.
Before Deception, Kabal defeated Mavado. Jade managed to force Kitana into a prison cell to free Sindel.
Unless I'm forgetting some, which I probably am, those are the only fights that have been revealled. Anything else is speculation.

2) Why in the hell any character can die and reborn without any problem (see Johnny Cage), and Liu Kang is the only one that must return as a zombie? Is there any reason?
They actually retconned Johnny Cage's death. Turns out he didn't die after all. Liu Kang is a zombie because some evil force brought his body back as one.

3) after becoming a zombie, Liu Kang killed some monks. After that, what happened? He started fighting as a evil force? Or somehow he got back his human body (and mind)?
We don't know yet. It will probably be explained in Armageddon.

4) why does Scorpion still want to kill Sub-Zero, if he already knows that he's not the killer of his family?
He doesn't want to kill Sub-Zero anymore.

5) Which is the desert where Cyrax was going to die in MK3? How comes that he happened to be there?
Some random Earht desert I believe. He ended up there because after Shao Kahn's defeat he malfunctioned and ended up stranded there until Jax found him.

6) many characters have been dead already: Kung Lao, Kitana, Sonya, Jax, Frost... how is it possible that ALL of them will be back in Armageddon?
Kung Lao, Kitana, Sonya, Jax, & Johnny Cage were all resurrected by Onaga. He has the power to bring back the dead. According to her Unchained bio, Frost apparently wasn't killed when she took Sub-Zero Medallion. They haven't revealled the details yet.
The only characters that need to explained in Armageddon are Sheeva, Motaro, Mavado, Shang Tsung, and Quan Chi. They were the only characters confirmed or believed to be dead going into Armageddon.

I have something to say about all the characters dieing. They don't really 'die' most of the time they are just simpley defeated unless the story calls for a death (like Liu Kang).

No, they did die. The official deaths so far are:
- In MK1, Scorpion killed the original Sub-Zero
- In MK2, Kitana killed Mileena - Before MK:DA, Sheeva killed Motaro
- After that, Shao Kahn killed Sheeva
- Kung Lao, Kitana, Sonya Blade, Jax, & Johnny Cage were all killed at the end of MK:DA
- Shang Tsung and maybe Quan Chi were killed in Raiden's explosion at the beginning of Deception.
- Kabal might have killed Mavado
Aside from that, the deaths have either been near-deaths or a character disappears and is believed to be dead.

Thing you have to understand is in MK1, it wasn't about Outworld trying to take over Earth and Raiden wasn't a good guy. That was all stuff they added to the story later one...so there isn't any explanation for Raiden being invited.

They don't say, but best theory I've seen is Raiden...seeing Liu Kang would be the one to defeat Shang Tsung...withdrew from the tournament or fought Liu Kang and threw the match.

He was. Kahn went to him and offered him a place in his army. Scorpion almost accepted because during MK3, he escaped the Netherealm when he wasn't supposed to, but as long as the Outworld portal was open, he couldn't be summoned back to the Netherealm. So for Scorpion, serving Shao Kahn would allow him to continue to live on Earth.

- How did Liu Kang freed Earth warriors' mind, if he was still a zombie when Ermac fought them?
Liu Kang's spirit freed them. Liu Kang's physical body was a zombie, but his spirit was trying to help his friends and stop his body.

in the first tournament, wasnt some of the plot explained in the comic? i remember reading the thingy where shang stung invited raiden, an he was like all cocky, so pride must be what got him to invite raiden, i dunno

A lot of this DID happen and a lot DIDN'T(not canon) which is why MK:A will close all the loose ends for good.

Who says he didn't? And he probably escaped the island with Shang Tsung after Tsung was defeated.

I imagine they were each defeated by someone in the first tournament. They didn't say who beat who so it's up to fans' speculation.

He wasn't on the island and if he was, he was probably just watching to see how the tournament went. According to his storyline, he should have been in Outworld working for Shao Kahn at the time.

I've read in some storyline that "he didn't do anything" during the 1st tournament.
That's means that he didn't join the tournament, but he fought together with Shang Tsung's army after Goro had been defeated?
Or we can suppose that he defeated somebody among Cage, Kano, Sonya?

He was Shang Tsung's bodyguard in the first tournament. He didn't participate in the tournament itself, but he might have fought someone at one point or another.

They never said exactly, so it's fan speculation.
