Who remember's Scorpion's infamous Hop Scotch Stinger Combo? It's the old Jump Kick, Teleport Punch, Spear moves done in one smooth flow... if done correctly it will look like He's hopping off your head to jump through the other side of the screen to hit you again, keeping you airborne, and stinging your ass with the spear to bring you close to him to do whatever the hell he wants. That combo was born in the Wastelands of Mortal Kombat II. It's final debut was in Mortal Kombat 4/Gold. After that game, Scorpion cannot hop on people's heads like he used to, but he is still a bad man. All hail to the spectre from hell.

That combo existing in UMK3 but I really think it was already dead by that point, or at least on life support. The damage protection off of the teleport was so bad that it made it almost counter productive to connect the teleport in a combo.

One that I found more entertaining was in MKT when you could get his normal teleport immediately followed by his forward teleport and then spear because you could make it come out so fast that it just looked neat. But, again, damage sucked.
