First of all this video is a TAS. TAS means it was tool assisted, which means the player can save state and load state, so he could go back to when the opponent was starting an attack and react to it.
I didn't use this in my runthrough with Reptile.


And second of all: Make your brain work before posting irrelevant comments.

TAS or no TAS, it was a great video. Don't mistake TAS for 'lack of skill'. You have to know the flaws and glitches in order to conjure them at will to your advantage. I've played this game since it came out and there is a lot of depth to it to enjoy.
