do anybody know when ultimate mortal kombat 3 is coming out for the xbox 360? and do anybody know if there will be a premium edition for the xbox?

There is nothing officail yet for umk3 on Live Arcade. I heard around winter though.
I'm not sure of exzactly what you mean by "Premium Edition for Xbox", but since there is so much discussion around this topic for Armageddon, i'm going to assume that's what you are talking about. So to answer your question: NO, there will not be.

Nothing is known yet. When someone is announced, you will find it on this site that same day. You can then search the news archives... until something appears on the front page or the archives, you can rest assured nothing is official...
