for MAME u could use the cheat codes but i cant figure out how to get them to work...someone told me to delete by nvram or something like that...

Download AceKombat cheat dat file. Open UMK3 go to cheats when you will choose your character, push on "p2 is human smoke". Then you will play as Human smoke :) Remember to activate the cheat after you choose your character. Otherwise it wont work :(

I know that in the saturn version if you enter CRAZYCYRAX on the purple UMK 3 title screen that will unlock a menu that you can use to turn the hidden characters on.

Correct if I am wrong, but I think that if you put the code in the first time, the game recorded that information. You dont have to put again, at least if you do not restore the machine.

This also works in MAME. The game creates a special config file, and it records the information.
