I found it, while playing MK2 beta version. You can pull out fatality whenever you want. So i did the first part of Subby fatality on Kintaro:
Step 1 (Normal Fight)

Step 2 (after the 1 part - Jax grin)

Step 3 (after second part - wtf who is she???)

Help me resolving who is that (its not a female ninja)

1 IMPORTANT THING THIS IS NOT A FAN ART!!!

That's not a secret charecter. Kintaro didn't have fatality frames programmed in.

That actually isn't fake like some people think, though it isn't a real MK2 secret either. That is actually from a MK2 SNES Beta ROM. A beta ROM is a ROM that is actaully a beta version of the game it is based on, how people get them I have no idea. So that was originally in the SNES version as a glich, but Acclaim fixed it up before the final release in 1994.

Interesting. On the arcade version when you do the deep freeze to kintaro it just causes the machine to crash before he is frozen.

Well upon looking at it I instantly knew the frame of the frozen character was the last frame of a female ninja roundhouse.

Matt
Yes, its definitly the last animation of the female roundhousekick.
The hair looks like that at the end of that animation.
Please guys, dont search for hidden characters in a game that is over 10 years old, there is no freaking secret in any MK1,2,3,4 game that isnt undiscovered.
The roms are already scanned for data (graphic, sounds ect.)
There cant be anything hidding. (Only some glitch,s and bugs like that)

If give anyone who find some real secret in MK1,2,3,4 100.000 Dollar.
Because there is nothing hidden anymore.
Ask Midway I am sure they aggree.

Never listen to someone with a Dragonball Z username.
Never listen to people who badmouth others because of what they like.

I understand what he means, I find it often that DBZ names like ssj etc tend to be ones of people who are less mature, I don't know why.

Actually, I am pretty fond of DBZ, but Matt kinda proved my point. Always listen to him.

Yeah I see it everywhere, I like DBZ as well, but there's just some stigma attached to that "SSJ" term within nicks.
