voices and weapons

The game is great and it is all that my friend play when we go to his house. He uses different characters and I only use scorpion. I memorized all of his moves and love his fatality but his voice sounds jush like Sub-zero's voice and the weapond that he uses (the ninja sword)is the same as kenchis but they are called different names. Could you make original voices for each people and different names of weapons. Good job, keep it up

Sub Zero does not share his voice with another character, he has his own.

Sub-Zero, Mavado, Cage
Kitana, Sonya, Frost
Nitara, Li Mei
Scorpion, Kenshi
Raiden, Bo'Rai Cho, Shang Tsung, Quan Chi

I think that's pretty inaccurate, but something like that, characters that have their own voices:

Drahmin, Cyrax, Reptile

I forget the others, but either way, very few characters have their own voices.
As for Subby though, I'm certain he share's his voice.

Drahmin, Cyrax, Reptile, Jax and Sub Zero have their own voices. Im am sure of this.

He has the most annoying sreams in the game that's how I remebered.

Lol, yeah, that's the list.
It is dissapointing about the sharing voices thing. I think in fighting games nowadays, it's kind of, well, I wouldn't say important, but it gives the characters more originality from all the others. Oh well, maybe in MK6.

Quite true!

Hell, even in MK4 the fighters had their own voices... They were crappy voices for the most part, but they had their own regardless.

It gives the characters more of an identity...

What would be even better is if the fighters said something that made sense while performing a special move instead of something like "MURATAWABAAA!!" lol.

I've used both Kitana and Sonya enough to know that they have different voices in MK: DA.

In TT when Kaz did his electric he was all "TWAA!!"....What in the hell is "TWAA!"? I guess it gives a person something to say when they walk up beahind their freind and smack em' in the head.

LMAO MK4 had some pretty messed up voices though... Jax was like "KALAJAÏBAAA" when he did his Dash Punch.

Rofl I remember that Jax's Dash Punch shout. Damn, MK4's sounds were so hilarious. That combined to the funny animation (Raiden's head-to-the-knee -move, or Sub-Zero's legbreaking, anyone?) made all those hours with the game unforgettable. Okay, going off-topic already, but just had to say that. smile

And even more off-topic: Jax's bonebreaker move shout sounds like "GODDAMMIT!" in Finnish. grin

Yeah I think Sub-Zero or some other character says "I'm from the ghetto" its funny. Raiden says some of the funniest shit in the game too. And in mkda it sounds like Scorpion/Kenshi say "alley oop" when they jump lol.
