Was Kung Laos bio in MK3?

I was watching the Arcade machine for a long while and it showed ever mk3 character except for Kung Lao.

Is that common?

Was that from the Ultimate MK3?

Or the regular MK3 on Consule?

It was from MK3 but in UMK3 and MK Trilogy is the same bio.

i remember something familiar, but i think it was mk3 dos for me, probably lao bio again. it was at last 4-5 years ago...

Kung Laos bio is NOT in the arcade MK3. Must have been an oversight.
