maybe the final secret isnt in this game. maybe he has the story line for mk6 planned and that is where the secret is. Maybe something to do w/ dragon king, etc...

do you guys think dragon king will be in the story line of mk6? mkda really leaves that as a possibility.

Dragon King's gotta be in the storyline. The only thing MK:DA was missing in my opinion was a boss, a Shao Khan. MK4, when I beat Shinnok for the first time I was like, that was easy. In, MK:DA it was much of the same thing. Since everything was based around the "Deadly Alliance" I was expecting the last battle to be more.....a tag-team perhaps, or just fight both consecutively with one life bar, just something more that a regular fight. For MK6 I want a Final battle that's I like no other, some who could put the fear of god in me. If they, Boon and company, do it right, I think the Dragon king can deliver. but that's just my opinion.

If you endet the Arcade-Mode wwith Reptile, you're knowing, that "the Dragon King is awakened".

In Raidens ending, you can see him. No, that's not Shao Kahn. That's the Dragon King.

It'll probably be something like that. The following plotline will probably run as it did from MK4-MKDA, the amulet was loosely touched on, and it ended up playing a major role in MKDA. In MKDA, the dragon king as loosely touched on, and that will probably play a major role in the next game as well.

Ed Boon has already left a legacy, he doesn't need a chat room on his rod to prove what he's done....Actually, the thing that made MK so cool to me was the secret...when i found out about reptile, and DULLARD, i was hooked...I still play MK2 and Ultimate MK3 all the time, just for the classic feel an old time secrets....basically i'm saying the secret is NOT us chatting about the game, if there is a secret, we'll find it, maybe it won't be revealed till u beat MK6 or something, that would be pretty cool, very different, very new...right up the MK alley...but bottom line, Boon AND Tobias have a legacy, and even if you're just a 'casual' fan of MK, the names Boon and Tobias may mean nothing, but Noob Saibot means a whole lot...

*EDIT* I forgot, I read in a PSM a while ago, "There are rumors that people haven't found things in Mortal Kombat 2 yet"....now they may have been referring to the Error Macro (Ermac) thing, they may be referring to something else, they may be referring to nothing...anyone got a guess??

I agree with you on that. I actually wouldnt be suprised if MK5 and 6 are linked in a way that would reveal a secret for both or either games. One thing that has always impressed me with the MK series is the way the secrets were done. One thing is for sure, the secrets in the MK games are well done, and dont appear to be the same twice.
