What information is available on Belokk from MK Gold?

Belokk was a fighter that was supposed to be in MK Gold as a new fighter but wasn't included due to time constraints. Recently I found out that he was in the Japanese version of MK Gold and here is a picture of him:

I think he looks awesome with those curved spines coming out of his back.

Well does anyone know what his weapon was in the Japanese version? Or what his moves were, etc... How come there isn't more info on him?
