Wavenet MK3 machines were machines that let you play network games of MK3 against people on other WaveNet machines in other arcades. I believe they began the process of testing out the idea in 1996, but as far as I know the only WaveNet machines that existed were test ones put in Chicago arcades. I dont know how many there were but Noob Saibot apparently was a playable character in it.
