Normal moves:

Raiden's b+3 in nan chuan. It's a move that really defines Raiden. Knocking down a character with a venomous sweep while he is standing himself = bow to the thunder god ;).

Special moves:

Hsu Hao's Khan Klap. A truly original move with a cool sound, a nice animation and good effects.

I dunno...there really aren't any moves that are COMPLETELY unique to any character, as there's no move that I know of that has an effect on the opponent that isn't found on any other move in the game. But certain moves are very effective in different ways; in general any pop-up moves have a lot of potential. Also, one move I find especially effective is with Reptile's Crab style b+3. It's very fast and strikes low, and is quite damaging for a simple low kick. Combined with a couple Crab combos, works wonders against Moloch! Also, in Quan Chi's Broadswords style, 1 then backdash is very effective, as is d+3. There aren't many moves I especially like for superficial reasons, although with Sub Zero's Kori Blade u+1 is cool.

Reptile's lizard smash . (Where he grabs your shoulders and slams you to the ground, in Hung Gar).

Special Moves:

Quan Chi's Skull - it's so......green .

Sonya's Kiss of Death special move is very original indeed. Other Special Move I like alot is Quan Chi's skull... even though in DA the blood once it hist is exagerated IMO... Drahmin's ball of flies is an original move too...

And as far as single moves goes... Sonya's B+4 (Kenpo) is a very unusual (yet not so useful) kick I kindda like it... and B+3 (Kali sticks) I like this move alot...

Ahhhh no! I HATE that move, especially when the computer performs it! :p

Oh btw I forgot to mention I also really like Sub-Zero's cold shoulder. It's quite an upgrade from his old slide move.

Oh, single moves, omg:

Sonya: The Kali B+3 is awesome! Also, that kick U talk about is very cool! And its actually useful, it gives U tiem to blow another kiss and start a combo.

Cage: That double air spin-kick he does is very cool! Love that one.

Kenshi's telekinetic slam is tight.Its the best move in the game.
