I would choose Baraka Impale from MK2. A classic.

Sub-Zero's from MK Deception when he takes off the head and launches it at the victom!

His other one on MKD is my 2nd fav.

Liu Kangs from MK Shaolin Monks when hes break the bones and neck (but should be little faster )
Worst and stupid is Mileena from MK2 , looks like borrowed from barakas blade fury

Sub-Zero's Spine Rip from MK1.I never get tired of it.

Another favorite of mine for entertainment value was MK3 Kung Lao's friendship (which qualifies as a fatality for the poor doggy).

The Dragon morphs of Liu Kang, except for the Mk3 Animality, because of the stupid outline around it.

I Haven't played DA, but from what I've heard, Scorpions' is Kool and simple, and Subbys' Skeleton rip sounds entertaining too.
The vast majority of Fatalities are very good, which is what makes it hard to pick a favourite!

I heard that in MkDA, Quan Chi has a Fatality where he stretches your neck like a Girraffe! That sounds SO lame... Quan Chi has always(in the two games he's been in) had lame Fatalities; so his are not among my favourite, nor is he as a Character.
