I think it's horrible, regardless of what people think.

I loved everything besides the Cheap AI and the fact that it has problems running on my PS2 which make it hard for me to enjoy.

The AI is so easy in all MK games.Just learn the cause and effect of the AI.

I do. Still I like MK3 and UMK3 better than MKT even though, it has more of everything that made those two games good. I guess I don't like them as much as MK3 and UMK3 is because nither the PS1 or N64 came close the arcade perfect( in terms of as if MKT was a arcade). Having play MK3 and UMK3 in arcades, there was that experiance that arcades did. Of course MAT2's MK3 came close but not close enough with its glitches and or couse the kick ass sound system that all MK arcade games had. As an ower of the N64 version of MKT . I am turned off by it sometimes, know it has sound is lame, it is missing un masked Sub- Zero ( One of my fav characters in the MK3 series), missing some playable characters, and some lame animations of some characters like Sheeva's win pose.

I like MKT for the PSX. Its about a tie with UMK3 for the arcade with me. UMK3 for the arcade had better graphics and more balanced gameplay, MKT for PSX had arcade gameplay plus tons more characters. It ends up as a toss up.

MKT for N64 I hate. Its just garbage. Same with Saturn. MKT for the PC is alright but its a port of the buggy version of MKT for the PSX so the gameplay is not as dead on to UMK3 for the arcade.

PSX version only. Best MK game in existence dispate balance and loading time issues.

ANd honestly, if you set the select screen to fast and turn off the versus screen, the loading time isn't bad at all.

Trilogy is a great game. It encompasses everything from the previous games. It has all the backgrounds, all the characters, all the finishers; it’s the ultimate “classic” (2d) Mortal Kombat game. My only bug with it is that the game freezes once you beat it. (This happened with the PS version, not n64) For some reason the PS does not like Kahn’s Treasure Trove, which sucks because my favorite part of beating the game on N64 was watching the ten minute long movie of all the finishers. It really ticked me that it doesn’t work with PS2. One thing I also found interesting is the difference between the two systems. I don’t think either one is better. N64 is smoother, and less glitchy, and I think the loading time is considerably less. However, it lacks several characters, including Goro, Kintaro, Maskless Sub Zero (which really sucks because he is my best character), Human Smoke, and several others. Also, it doesn’t have my favorite background, Khan’s arena from MK2. MKT is the best of the best; the only question is which system will you choose. (I chose both)

I loved Mortal Kombat Trilogy but there was too many characters
and some were kinda Spam like Baraka and His gay ass combos
But i enjoyed it :)

I loved MK Trilogy. I like both the PS and N64 versions, as they both have their own pros and cons. I like that the N64 didn't have the annoying load time that the PS version had, but of course the PS version had more characters. Also, N64 actually had an additional character with a storyline, Khameleon. It also had 3 on 3 kombat, which I loved to play when I had friends over. PS version only had 2 on 2. Even though N64 only had the classic Sub-Zero, at least they gave him the moves of both. Although I like the unmasked Sub-Zero the best, and was happy the PS version had both. PS version also had the bosses, but no one ever picks them except to have an ocassional laugh every now and then, so no big deal to me. I think the N64 at least gave Shao Kahn and Motaro fatalities if I remember correctly. Oh yeah, but the PS version had the ability to choose 4 classic characters, my favorate being MKII Kung Lao. I think ultimately I liked the N64 version the best, but I have both. Fun game, if nothing else.

The Greatest Hits PSX version has no cons that are anything they could have done something about.

Loading time is inherent to CD games when there is more data to load than ram available. If they think for just a minute when they make PS3, they can probably remove load times with a little bit of programming from all PSX games.
