Well, I vote for "something else". I mean, as a Human Ninja, he was a Scorpion Ripoff. The cyber version was nice, but was given too little importance. So, I'd say they elaborate some deep scheme for his story, and thus his appearance. I mean, like making him all covered in Smoke, only having a peek at parts of him. Now that they decided to end pallete swaps, they should give him a unique look, one way or another. In the cyber section, a new look is sort of out of question, in the ninja look, it probably is aswell. Therefore, I say "something else".

they're both good but I'd say Cyborg I'm really good with Cyborg Smoke in UMK3

I say human smoke but they have to keep cyrax and sektor cyber.

either way they were both rip offs. human was a rip off of scorpion and cyber was also scorpion but with a trident harpoon and not a spear. But if i had to pick......id say cyber only because they gave him some new moves like invisibility and stuff. Human was a replica of scorpion just different color...but then again. do we really need 3 robots? Their cool though.
