In MKT Noob is way better then either sub zero. Well, better as in more powerful. I personally hate him because he is a purposefully broken character. Its as if somebody on the design team wanted to slap the face of all the developers that had worked hard on balancing other characters. They said "lets just make Noob totally broken because we don't feel liking really tweaking him to make him powerful but fair."

agreed, Noob was, in every sence, the meaning of the word CHEAP! (bit of a noob character lol)
