where do I put the roms with Mame 64? there is only 3 files called snap, ini and folders... no 'rom' files

No, you have to dl mame. Just type MAME .64 or kaillera in a search engine. Should bring you to a site where you can dl MAME. As for ROMS, you need to to know someone with the game(s) you want and have them send it(them) to you.

Remember, it is against the rules to request ROMS from other members on the message board, contact someone via pm or aim.
