Well, this isn't a question that can really be answered. Why? Because everyone's opinion is different. I, for one, would say Ermac, because he is my favorite. Someone else would say Sub-Zero, another would say Scorpion. Hell, I'm sure someone would say Mokap. The point is, there is no definitive answer to this question, and I have just wasted about a minute and a half of my life typing that.
