He was only in MK:SF I believe, never in any fighting game. I don't know his story, I think he went from Lin Kuei to Black Dragon.

Tremor is a member of the Black Dragon and in MK:SF he was a portal guard boss at the end of 4th level. His attacks were mainly earth tremors. He looks like this:


I read that Tremor was to be put in MKT, but eventually pulled out. However, in early versions of the game his bio would appear as a glitch. And below you can read Rain's false Bio that originally belonged to Tremor:

Rain is an assassin working freelance. He was once a member of the Lin Kuei along with Sub-Zero, but left the clan under mysterious circumstances. Years later, Rain is found working for Shao Kahn as an assassin in the Outworld. Born a human, he finds himself questioning his loyalty towards Kahn after watching the invasion of Earth.

So most probably, Tremor indeed was a Lin Kuei member at first.

This bio is also given for Rain in the N64 Playing Manual for MKT. I hear that Rain replaced Tremor. Does anyone know what his abilities were? I think he had something to do with the earth, hence Tremor, but I'm not sure.

Tremor is the sub-zero of earthquakes, like subby only brown and in control of Earth as opposed to ice

Tremor was once a Lin Kuei that went to work for the black Dragon, he appeared in MKSF but lost to Rain in votes for MKT. His abilities as his name suggests are Tremors and he can throw fireballs that split into four. He is the level 4 boss in MKSF preventing you from getting into outworld. That''s all I know.
