I'm afraid there is no head rip fatality or eye gouge fatality in MKT. You are referring to the "Game makers too lazy to add a dangling spine" fatality in which they just use Sub Zero's punch frames of animation to insinuate something is happening. Just like they put in the SCorpion Pack fatality which also required no new frames of animation.

All they needed was the spine for god's sake. They were really cutting corners with that one.
