I think there was not enough time, and maybe some weren’t supposed to be in the game. Like Noob for example, they came up with the idea of making him kill Goro late, that’s why his name wasn't included in MKTE.

But I'm sure we will see more of these characters in MK6, becuase their endings in MKTE.

Ever since MK4, Sektor has only been in the "updated games" like Gold or MKTE. Put him in from the beginning dammit! He's a great character.

I know, they should bring him back. He was one of the few male Edenians to be mentioned, and his moves were good too, his lighting bolt, controlling orb thing and round-the-house kick made strong combos. They just introduced him at a bad time.

IMO Rain is the most useless pallette swap ninja clone in MKT. Also I think it would have made more sense for him to have been a member of the Lin Kuei than an Edenian. Although I think there should be a couple Edenian males in the game.

Speaking of Edenians, how come none of the Edenian women wear pants? Kitana, Sindel, and Jade all run around wearing one-piece swimsuits...and they're supposed to be the ones running the place! Hopefully the Edenian men keep their pants on.

But anyway, for Noob, there may have been legal trouble with "Saibot" as Tobias may have been reluctant to let Midway use it, but of course that's just speculation, I have no evidence of this.

I didnt read all the responses this time, but they put in like a character the further along they went, until they finished literally at the end with blaze and mokab, then they had to release the game. Sindel was inches close to making it for heavens sakes. So a lack of time was the problem, thus when game boy advanced came out, they had more time to include noob saibot for example, who killed goro in mkda. SOmetime before or after. So there you go.

Rain is a classic pallette!!! But it would be the perfec character to make-over!!! I would really like him with some storm powers

But your point about Noob is meaningless, because there is no reason why they couldn't have just dropped the "Saibot" and just named him "Noob"

He was in TE anyway... so there should be no legal issues...
