okay its been a while since i played MK4 but remember that guy i think he is Shao Khans brother he thru stars as a weapon

he re-entered outworld and sat in the throne of shao khan and khans helmet went on top of him


so shao khan is dead ?

First of all, the character your talking about is called Reiko.

Second, he isn't Kahn brother en he certainly isn't Kahn himself. Boon said this in an interview.

There have been enough threads about this already.

This has absolutely no credibility. Furthermore, it involves MK4 moreso than MK:DA, thus is should have been posted in the Classic MK Games Discussion forum. Please, do not repost this unless you intend to provide evidence to this claim, which I am almost positive you can't.
