Hey thanks for the rush of answers. basicly all i really understood was that the creators were lazy and decided to pull a story ending for SUB ZERO CLASSIC out of their butts to make up for the exploitation of pallette swaps. ( and i thought they were making an interesting story.)

Anyways I have another ninja question . . .>

All these ninjas pop out and of course we can refer to the pallette exploitation. But the question is this . . . do all the ninjas in MK base off the LIN KUEI and the rival gang scorpion was from. or do they just copy off sub zero and scorpion's costume? IE Rain Ermac Reptile Kameleon. Smoke I understand to be a LIN KUEI like sub zero. But I do not know where the other " ninjas" got their outfits from. L:ike I said maybe there is a pallette swap explanation but I have missed out on many MK's since 3 and never really paid attention to story and just got back to MK roots due to Deception. I appreciate and respect the inpour of knowledge of the MK universe from you guys on the forum. Many thanks and I hope to hear from ya'll soon.
