Somehow I doubt it. People are exploring these options every day and have been for a while now. There are many pics and loading screens in the game that obviously came from scrapped ideas. You may want to get proof before anymore speculative posting. I'd hate to see you get flamed away for a simple idea, but that seems to be the nature of the beast around here.

How do you explain the loading screen with Shang Tsung in an earthrealm village about to fight a guy that looks like Siegfried from Soul Calibur? This is nowhere in the game (unfortunately), but the loading screen is still there. The masters of Deception (aka Boon and co.) left those in there to keep us guessing.

ive seen the video you are talking about. ive seen it many, many times when i got bored and let the game running. it still doesnt prove anything. but nice try though.

So, I decided to do the job. I assure u that u'll know what I'm talking about in few minutes.

Just highlight "Puzzle Kombat" on the menu and in the clouds you have Havik and Kira.....

I believe you and I have seen what you are talking about. Every character had a puzzle kombat version during development. Even those who are just in Konquest, like Jax and Sonya. Some can even be hacked by gameshark.
But, that is the only way to get them. They are not "unlocked".

What official proof do u have to say that they r not in the game?

How come the guy that looks like Soul Calibur's Siegfried isn't in the game? Like I said before these were all scrapped before the game was released. More power to you if you want to try to find the "SUPER" unlockable Kira. Just doesn't sound too super to me. Get a gameshark if you want to end your search quickly

Yes, the guy does have on a costume similar to seidan guardsmen, but no "wings" like Hotaru's, blue outlining, and his hair is blonde. No damn telling who that guy was supposed to be!

That guy that looks like Siegfried is Shujinko, he only looks different because of the lighting. It's the costume right before Shujinko's Old man form.
And yes I've seen the demo of Alt. Kira vs. Havik too.

I do believe that was a model for Shunjinko at a specific age, but there are a few differences between Shunjinko's "pre-old man" form and this guy on the loading screen like facial hair and different armor. Either way, I was using that to prove a point about loading screens and pre-release videos/pics. Some were left in to mess with us, and some were just scrapped or available only through hacking.

how about this....go select Arcade Mode on the menu screen (but dont press anything) and look at the sky. you can clearly see Scorpion is fighting against Sub Zero.
now there is also another fighting scene, Li Mei Vs. Ermac. one of the scene show Li Mei in her Baji Quan style. Another scene show Li Mei holding her Melon weapon (also known as Morning Star). does that prove Li Mei still have her Baji Quan and Melon style??? no.
so why bother putting those scene of Li Mei using those two fighting style when, clearly, she doesnt use it in the game???
so the scene showing Kira in Puzzle Kombat doesnt prove that she is actually in the game. im sorry but nice try.

duh...that siegfried guy you're talking about is shujinko in his 4 evolution, the one you get after training with nightwolf, and that fight actually happens...

duh read the message i wrote after that where I basically acknowledged that. I was using that to prove a point about things in the loading screens that aren't in the game. There are differences in that screen and what Shunjinko actually looked like in his "fourth-form"

KIRA!! Oh i wish i had her in Puzzle, she is the best Mortal Kombat Deception character IMO.

here is another one if the Li Mei proof isnt enough.
Chess Kombat- if you watch closely in one of the four section in the game. in the Chess Kombat section, one of the Chess Piece, you can see Liu Kang in his green ghost form. Now, we know we cant use Alt. costume as a Chess Piece. and beside, Liu in green ghost form is not even playable in the game (you can train with the ghost but thats about it). so why bother having that chess piece in the scene when we cant even use it?

Isnt that the Zombie version? Because the chess peices were the ones used from Konquest.

the zombie version is gray with multiple marks on it. the one in the scene i was talking about is bright solid green. the clip is basically the same from IGN.
