i dont know weather any1 else knows this but i found blaze in outworld walking around c4 and c3 he says his memory has been taken away from him and he needs a memory postion any1 no where i can get one?
also a guide says tanya is in outworld a3? but i cant find her there can you guys help pls

I'm not sure about where to get the potion for Blaze but in order for Tanya to appear at A3 you need to complete her mission.

I think you need to talk to her in A-7 first; which is in Outworld. Then find her cave then she will appear in A-3.

i believe the potion is in the city that you get thrown in after Kano puts you under arrest. There is a woman in the town that gives you her last potion.
