9.5 is an amazing score! Most games should consider themselves good for even getting past an 8.0! Now I just got confirmation that deception will rock. Thanks.

Its now been confrmed at the GI website that the 9.5 score is indeed legit. They even have a shot of the cover up which proudly displays info on the MKD review.

Just on a side note they gave MKDA a 9.5 too.

if mkda also got a 9.5 then their opinion is moot. first, mkda was good but it did not deserve a 9.5. second, it is pretty obvious mkd is heaps better than mkda and should not be tied.

yea i was gonna say the samething MKDA got 9.5 n it was lacking in a few areas... so i dont really trust their review..

Anyone notice on the scans that in Jade's Fatality pic that her spear or staff is different now.
It not just a long silver staff this time. Its a stick in the middle with two yellow pointed spear things on each end.

9.5 out of 10 is AMAZING. One thing I liked is that they said the game was amazing even without the extra modes. That is what is getting me excited. And it is apparantly a huge step, fightingwise, from DA. Also a plus in my book.
I got so excited I posted a thread of my own without even seeing THIS one. DOH!
I AM very curious to see what EGM gives this game, as they have never been too kind to MK.
