A-9 Outworld (in a house)??

I know this has probably been covered long ago, but after searching no fewer than 14 pages of topics, I just can't do it anymore. (At least I TRIED to find it before asking!)
All the krypt guides i see say one of the chests is in A-9 Outworld (in a house). I can't seem to get to a A-9 in outworld, and dont see on the map how there could be one. any help?

HA! not minutes after I give up and move on, I stumble across it in E-7 ChaosRealm! I'm surprised all the guides have not been corrected.
