A little detail that should be included, before MK:D's release. Don't you think that we should be able to choose th alternate...

There is much that can be changed now, since MK:D is so close to it's release, so, although this is'nt that important, I wanted to post this because this is something they might actually be able to change, since it is'nt gameplay or animation altering.
A little detail that kind of bothered me, in MK:DA was that you could'nt choose the alternate (2nd player) version of your character's costume if you desired so. Of course, it was'nt a big deal, but, I really liked a few of the character's alternate colors better than thier originals. So, I thought it would be cooler if they aloud us to be more in control of what costume your character looks like, even if it is as simple as a color difference. What do you think?

Good call. 2nd player costumes were often cooler than 1st player.

I think he's referring to MK3 Kano, the alt of Kano's alt. The alternate, alternate costumes.

Yeah, I myself liked Scorpions Dark Orange looking costume more than the original yellow.

I totally agree with you. I found ALL of the alternates to be better and there was no way to pick em. It can really easily be added, but I dont think it will. Ive had this problem with every mk, I just dont think anyone cares or has mentioned it enough. I dont think Boon has ever even thought of this or heard of it before :(

your right i think there should be 4 costumes -The original - 2P original - Alternate - 2P altenate - simply pushin X , or Square or Triangle or circle (for ps2) to choose the 4 costumes it cant be that hard

I fully agree, Of course, it is'nt a big deal but it would be funner if we had the freedom to choose whatever costume/color your character owns. You could do this in MK4, why deprive us of this little bit of freedom. I don't think that Boon has thought about it, or if so, maby did'nt think anyone would care.

I really liked Subzero's MK3 alternate color
anyway here's a trick that lets you play with an alternate color for a little tiny bit (not sure if it works in 3 but it does in 2)
Choose Shang Tsung, fight Shang Tsung.......let computer Shang morph into someone, then you morph, then when he demorphs he'll be yellow Shang and you'll be blue Shang when you morph back
