well maybe if he was being controlled by secktor's clan and they tried coverting him to a cyborg something like captain kirk in that star trek movie but i'm not really in favour of it...he'll just be another cyborg.

Maybe if the 'evil' cybers tried to force the upgrade on him and attempted to erase his memory....Let's say something happened before they could finished and Jax is or on his way to becoming insane because of the treatment he had received. Not completely cyber, and getting only flashbacks in regards to his past with Sonya, Rayden and the rest of the Earth's defenders. It would be a good way for Jax to go rogue, get a new look, and get out of Sonya's shadow. Especially if he mistakenly believes Sonya is the cause of the state he is in due to mixed up memories.

That's a better idea and he'd become a lot more interesting this way. As a rouge, he'd be neutral and a possible victim for the bad guys to turn to evil.

I personally think Jax should receive Hsu Hao's heart implant (after ripping it out, heh). In fact, in my MK Legacies project, I had him slowly drift towards evil, consumed by rage over the death of Sonya and the bad influence of the heart implant... I wouldn't object to an even more technological Jax. For me, he remains da man, heh ;).

Why yall hate Jax is it because hes black? Heres my 2 cents he's a kick ass character whow shoots a machine gun and is strong ass hell and jumps and blows your head off in MKDA and he was like the 1st black dude in a video game so dont be hatin on Jax. But I agree that he should become a neutral character I like the idea of him being a bad guy imagine he could infiltrate and kill a fan favorite like Baraka or Sub-Zero to signify himself as a bad guy and in the end of the Mk reighn he could snap and take his life for Sonya if she makes it that far they can use that idea for Jax he's a bad guy and tries to kill Sonya but in the end he snaps back into a good guy and take his life for Sonya. That would make him a hero and a badass and thats my 2 cents Thank You!
