Raiden is only a thunder god he has only thunder power not others powers like Orochi have in king of fighter 97.
Note: plz not closed this thread actully i want answer who is power full in story line and also tell me about onoka/Dragon king

In answer to your question, MKRAYDEN, Raiden is powerful but is unable to use the majority of his powers against Earths adversaries due to the rules set by thte Elder Gods. However he does defy those rules in his storyline. Other powerful characters include Quan Chi, Shang Tsung, Sub-Zero and Scorpion.
